Marigold Mitten
Megan Fenton | Albuquerque, NM
Megan received BFA in Studio Art from the University of New Mexico, where she studied printmaking and digital photography. She started embroidering pillows as a way to decompress from her day job. Slowly, it morphed into designing other home decor and gifts, and after her daughter was born she decided to make it a full time gig.
Her aesthetic ranges from whimsical grandma, to dark humor, to the down right macabre. She pulls inspiration from the 1980’s, postmodern art, as well as the atomic influence of the 1950’s.
