tulipani is a small batch pastificio in ABQ that offers a changing line of artisanal, fresh pastas using the best organic flour, eggs, and seasonal ingredients available. Our recipes pays homage to tradition while drawing inspiration from local flavors and ingredients.
tulipani began in the tiniest room of a shared kitchen space downtown, where a variety of cut and stuffed pastas were made for special orders, farmers markets, and CSAs.
Now we’re in our own quirky little pop-up shop where you can stop in on select days to pick up pre-orders or choose from the daily doughs to have rolled and freshly cut for you to take home.
